TrainingsIn our existing system only a few teachers are getting trainings every year, hence there is stagnation in their growth. Also Training without evaluation is a big problem. That is the reason for requirement of pre and post training tests. Our system identifies the weakness of the teacher from the performance of the students. In the pre-test we assess whether the teacher is facing problem due to lack of understanding of the topic or she was not able to communicate to the students. Based on the outcome of the all the tests, her class performance and her qualification, she is given a customized study material and videos for reference. Time spent on the training is recorded and a post training assessment test is conducted. Based on her growth over the pre-training test and knowledge level a pass certificate will be generated or request for repeat training will be generated. The performance in the training will be reflected in the profile of the teacher To conduct training there is lot of physical movement of the staff disturbing the classes as well.Since the training is online the teacher is not needed to travel for it and also it gives the teacher flexibility to go through the training as per convenience and also step wise. A topic wise assessment report of teacher will be generated which will be visible to the teacher and the administrator. This will act as input for the training list of the teachers.
